65,000 plus commission

Business Development Professional reports to the the Franchise Owner

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Embody Spherion Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction.
Complete all role-based training to stay at the top of your game.
Execute the Spherion Operating Model with precision.
Document all activities and communications in Staffing Connect.
Participate in 1-on-1s, sales coaching sessions, meetings, and client reviews.

Prospect Management:
Dive deep into new companies and prepare thoroughly for every call.
Source and identify key company contacts.
Make impactful business development calls.
Schedule and execute joint client meetings with teammates and leaders.

Client Management:
Manage both new and existing client meetings with finesse.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Handle RFPs, agreements, and business reviews.
Develop tailored solutions for clients.
Price business competitively while aligning with market strategies.
Partner with our Strategic Accounts team as needed.
Maintain the highest standards in client quality control.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Familiarity with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
