Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Divine Connection Group LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Present and sell our company's products and services to new and existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand our customer base.
- Prospect and Engage: Develop and execute strategies to prospect and contact potential customers, building relationships and establishing trust to drive sales.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline, demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to results.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Account Management: Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of the latest developments and offerings, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales materials to present to customers, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
- CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to leverage technology to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and effective communication skills to articulate the value of our products and services.
- Attention to Detail: Deadline and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Language Skills: Bilingual preferred but not required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
