Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision of Electrical Subcontractors: Oversee and coordinate the activities of electrical subcontractors within an operational industrial environment.
  • Project Renovations: Manage renovations and build-outs on existing facilities.
  • Safety Culture Promotion: Advocate for a Beyond Zero safety culture, ensuring compliance with project and OSHA safety standards.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Serve as the interface between engineering and construction operations to resolve technical challenges across all disciplines.

  • Experience in estimating and cost control is advantageous.
  • Management experience over electrical subcontractors in industrial projects is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Basic computer and word processing skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work outdoors in potentially harsh conditions and perform site inspections.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
  • Korean language proficiency is highly desirable.
