Key Responsibilities:

General Management

  • Foster a safe, positive, and engaging work atmosphere for all team members.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and promote growth.
  • Assist in the development and execution of departmental standards.

Inventory Management

  • Oversee on-site inventory of parts, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate receiving and documentation of inventory in the system.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits and maintain compliance with labeling and storage guidelines.

Logistics and Rentals

  • Manage rental agreements and coordinate delivery and pickup schedules.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely estimates and service delivery.

Facility Oversight

  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of company vehicles and facilities.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the branch and its assets.

Team Leadership

Oversee a team of drivers, warehouse associates, and technicians, providing guidance in hiring, training, and performance management.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Manage operational costs and employee-related expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • 2-3 years of recent experience in retail or inside sales.
