Job Overview

D.E.E.N.O.S. Planet Gymnastics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Coach to lead our Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) teams and staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for teaching and mentoring both athletes and coaches, while demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Development: Provide comprehensive training and support to coaching staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Program Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of our athletes, promoting their growth and development.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with parents, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the season.
  • Coaching: Deliver coaching sessions that are engaging, challenging, and tailored to the needs of our athletes.
  • Team Program Development: Oversee the development and implementation of our team program, ensuring it aligns with our organization's goals and values.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties, including scheduling, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.
