Vehicle Recovery Specialist
At IAA, our Vehicle Recovery Specialists are committed to providing exceptional towing solutions. They manage the inbound and outbound transportation of light-duty vehicles, including motorcycles and travel trailers, catering to a varied clientele. Essential duties include timely vehicle pickup and delivery, effective communication with customers and dispatch teams, and meticulous completion of all required documentation, such as title verification.
Our specialists are dedicated to achieving performance targets, ensuring safe and damage-free towing, and executing minor mechanical tasks to maintain the operational integrity of tow trucks. They operate company vehicles responsibly, adhering to all safety regulations and licensing standards. Additionally, they are responsible for keeping towing equipment and accessories in optimal condition, conducting regular inventory checks as instructed by management.
Beyond towing responsibilities, specialists may also take on yard attendant or loader operator roles as necessary. With a strong emphasis on safety, they embrace technological advancements and remain at the forefront of the auction industry. Flexibility is crucial, as they may be called upon to assist in Catastrophe events or branch support operations, with deployment notifications provided by management, which may be limited and could require less than 24 hours' notice.
Please note, this is not a current job opening. We are gathering interested candidates for future consideration for our Vehicle Recovery Specialist team.
