Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that your team members provide the best customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Set high standards for guests and consistently hold everyone to those high standards, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Make guests feel welcome and important, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Provide knowledge, guidance, and training to assistant managers and team members to exceed guest expectations with fast, accurate, friendly service in clean surroundings.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Maximize profits by optimizing Profit & Loss and other financials, ensuring the restaurant's financial success.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, food costs, and overall controls of financials, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Overall accountability of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • A solid track record in achieving financial results and driving business growth.
  • Guest-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Friendly, respectful attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Able to work on their feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with a high level of physical stamina.
