ViewSonic Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an AR Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process credit card sales and reconcile month-end reports
  • Maintain sales tax exemption files and perform daily/month-end accounting activities
  • Manage Marketplace accounts and direct accounts for collections and reconciliation
  • Responsible for all aspects of credit card processing, including reviewing orders rejected by Signifyd fraud prevention and implementing corrective actions
  • Collection and reconciliation of invoice billings issued to shipment carriers for loss/damage claims
  • Set up and maintenance of new and existing customers in Oracle database
  • Complete credit and debit memo requests for non-sales allowance transactions at month end
  • Handle transaction processing and miscellaneous cash applications at month-end
  • Generate ASP invoices and other manual invoices as required by various departments
  • Prepare receipts for bank scanning upon receipt at the Company offices
  • Perform related accounting duties, including credit card reconciliation reports and month-end closing activities
  • Data entry and maintenance of all sales tax exemption certificates received from the Company's customers
  • Payment reconciliation for ViewSonic Marketplace accounts and issuance of applicable credit memos and accounting adjustments as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal/external customers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Proficiency in accounting software (ex: Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
