Job Summary

Walters Wholesale Electric Company is seeking a driven and hardworking individual to join our team as an Account Representative. This 18-24 month program will provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in various aspects of our business, including warehouse operations, counter sales, purchasing, quotes, credit, accounts payable, inside sales, and outside sales.

About the Program

The program consists of 6-8 rotations, each lasting from a few weeks to a few months, allowing trainees to learn at different facilities across Southern California. Throughout the program, trainees will be mentored by industry specialists and complete training through NAED-EPEC and Walters University.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Self-motivated with a curiosity for learning new things
  • Enthusiasm for building teams and businesses
  • A strong sense of teamwork and a passion for developing others
  • A willingness to learn and try new things, while being flexible and adaptable
  • Innovative thinking with the ability to multi-task
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel to different branches across Southern California
  • Prior experience in sales and customer service is a plus
