Position Summary:

As we broaden our fiber technology reach, we are looking for a Bilingual Outside Sales Consultant to engage with communities and provide them with essential services. This commission-based position involves direct customer interaction through various outreach methods. You will be provided with a designated territory, leads, and effective sales strategies to ensure your success. This role requires in-person engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new residential clients through assigned leads and territories, utilizing door-to-door outreach, outbound calls, and local marketing events.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Participate in sales meetings and complete necessary training.
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report changes in pricing or marketing strategies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and communication tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven success in sales or direct customer engagement, with at least 6 months of experience.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services, particularly fiber and cable.
  • Ability to educate customers on relevant products and services.
