Position Overview
The Field Sales Consultant role is essential for driving business growth and fostering customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote, market, and demonstrate product offerings
- Effectively communicate the advantages and features of products
- Generate new sales opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to enhance service delivery
- Assist clients in selecting the right products for their needs
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
- Address and resolve payment-related inquiries
- Collect and analyze market data
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Keep precise sales records
- Coordinate sales activities with vendors
- Leverage digital tools for sales enhancement
- Execute additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 3 years in sales or related industry experience
Essential Skills
- Customer-focused with a positive demeanor
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Proficient negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a solid understanding of product knowledge
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
