Join Our Team:
We are in search of a dedicated Field Sales Representative - Enterprise to become part of our expanding team. This role will involve working remotely while focusing on a designated territory. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director, Enterprise. Your primary responsibilities will include attracting new clients, securing business from existing accounts, and optimizing profitability within your sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate the sales process by promoting our services, products, and capabilities across various product lines.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Provide precise reporting and insights to help achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify business opportunities to meet sales targets and offer in-depth market knowledge to management.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or assistance required.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients using PowerPoint.
  • Develop expertise in crafting high-value sales contracts through strategic marketing and effective account management.
  • Document all sales activities, contacts, and history in the CRM system.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
  • Expand new accounts and penetrate existing accounts where previous efforts may have fallen short.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of prior experience in field sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and processes.
  • Possess a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to self-motivate and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of field sales experience.
