Position Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our clientele. In this role, you will assist customers, uphold the store's visual standards, and collaborate with team members to achieve our objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor towards customers and coworkers
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Capability to manage transactions and perform general store duties

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum age requirement of 21
  • Possession of an Indiana State Employee Liquor Permit
  • Completion of an Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Accurately operate a cash register
  • Ensure the store remains clean and organized
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and navigate the store
  • Must be capable of lifting moderate weights
  • Ability to work independently when necessary
