Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Representative - Enterprise to become part of our expanding team. This role is designed for a territory-specific position with the flexibility of a home office setup. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director, Enterprise. In this capacity, you will be responsible for attracting new clients, securing new business from existing accounts, and optimizing profitability within your sales territory. Your role will encompass guiding prospects through the entire sales process, from generating new leads to converting qualified prospects into loyal customers. Join us in our mission to establish the fastest fiber-optic network in the nation.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate the sales process by promoting services, products, and capabilities across various product lines.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Provide precise reporting and insights that contribute to achieving sales objectives.
- Identify business opportunities to meet sales targets while offering comprehensive knowledge of competitors and suppliers to management.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or assistance required.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations using PowerPoint to prospective clients.
- Develop expertise in crafting high-impact sales contracts through strategic marketing and key account management.
- Document all sales activities, contacts, and history in the CRM system.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Expand new accounts and penetrate existing accounts where previous efforts may have fallen short.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior field sales experience.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and methodologies.
- Possess a dynamic, positive, and professional demeanor that is conscientious and articulate.
- Ability to self-motivate and think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of previous field sales experience.
