Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and place candidates in suitable positions.
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze market trends through media and advertisements.
  • Document and maintain candidate interactions in our recruitment database.
  • Understand client requirements and craft comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Conduct client visits to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, assisting and directing inquiries as needed.
  • Guide applicants through the application and onboarding processes.
  • Administer pre-employment screenings and background checks.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure quality service and explore new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain connections with various recruitment sources.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Required Skills:
A high school diploma or a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Experience:
0-1 years in a relevant field.

Qualifications:
While prior recruiting experience is advantageous, it is not essential. A minimum of one year in a business-to-business role is required. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google products is necessary. Adaptability and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team are crucial. Candidates should be energetic and enjoy engaging with clients and candidates alike.
