Position: Administrative Assistant - Plant Operations Department
Work Schedule: 8 AM to 4 PM, with potential weekend shifts
Employment Type: Full Time
Department: Plant Operations (Maintenance & Environmental Services)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines and copiers is essential.
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Compile data for monthly and quarterly reporting purposes.
- Adapt to the fast-paced demands of the department.
- Monitor and assist with departmental timesheets and employee scheduling.
- Manage supply orders, ensuring proper documentation and submission to the finance department.
- Draft written communications for staff as needed.
- Assist in managing the manager's calendar, including meetings and deadlines.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
