Key Responsibilities- Perform a full range of professional administrative duties, including reviewing permitting submissions for completeness and drafting construction permits and certificates of compliance.
- Generate weekly code staff meeting agendas and notes, and set up WebEx meetings as needed.
- Track notes for all projects in DCNet for code staff and track Bluebeam reviews for staff.
- Communicate daily with RECEOs and field staff, submit and reconcile expense reports, and provide general support to visitors.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, and maintain general project filing and document organization.
- 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Outlook programs, with the ability to attend job meetings and prepare accurate minutes.
- Excellent telephone skills and ability to implement office procedures.
- Ability to draft letters, prepare specialized meeting materials, and organize meetings, including scheduling and distributing agendas and minutes.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Product Suite preferred (Word, Excel).
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of office equipment.
