Position Overview - Claims Support Administrative Coordinator

As a Claims Support Administrative Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating the operations of our claims division.

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of essential administrative tasks, ensuring that our processes run efficiently. Additionally, you may engage with clients and healthcare providers through various communication channels as needed.

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED equivalent, or higher, along with at least one year of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
- Alternatively, completion of one year of post-secondary education.

Preferred Competencies

- Proficient in the use of office machinery and technology.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Customer service orientation with effective follow-up capabilities.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week); there may be opportunities for in-office work depending on business requirements after the initial onboarding phase.

Selected candidates may need to obtain a notary license, with associated costs covered by the company post-employment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $20.00.
