Lead Administrative Coordinator

Fusco Personnel Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Administrative Coordinator to support our client in their operations.

This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers employee parking and access to a modern facility equipped with numerous amenities for staff use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient record and file management.
  • Handles the receipt, organization, indexing, and filing of various documents, including purchase orders and work orders.
  • Facilitates the coordination of emergency repair requests by maintaining an accurate computerized tracking system.
  • Assists in the upkeep of inventories and departmental records, ensuring data integrity.
  • Acts as a liaison among tenants, property owners, insurance representatives, law enforcement, and court officials.
  • Coordinates with insurance companies regarding incident reporting and claims management.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an office setting, or a combination of relevant training and experience.
  • Preferred experience in Civil Service roles.
  • Familiarity with Yardi software is advantageous.
Compensation

The salary for this position is $55,000.
