Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Colwell Law Group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our attorneys and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with client onboarding and orientation
- Office Operations
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Ensure the office is clean and organized
- Special Projects
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience
- Minimum of one year of administrative experience
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting preferred
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
