Job Description

We are a reputable OB-GYN group at Medical City Dallas seeking a diligent and organized Insurance verifier to enhance our team's efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and maintain patient confidentiality while ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure smooth patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the Medical Assistant to address urgent matters.
  • Schedule appointments and make necessary changes efficiently.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain updated patient records.
  • Verify patient insurance and demographic information thoroughly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and employee information.
Requirements
  • No educational background required.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a healthcare setting, with two to three years preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish is not mandatory but highly appreciated.
Salary and Benefits

Our compensation package includes an annual salary of $52,500, commensurate with your skills and experience.
