About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our CME/Medical Staff Services team at Methodist Health System. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the expirables process for medical staff services and generate accurate reports for management
  • Maintain accurate files and perform secretarial and receptionist duties, including answering department telephone and recording complete messages
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials as requested, and schedule travel
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of related office experience
  • Able to professionally and effectively communicate (orally and in writing)
