Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (based on location)
Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Prepare schedules and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist in preparing reports for all lines of business
- Conduct confirmation calls prior to appointments
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1 year minimum of medical receptionist experience
- Excellent customer service, organization, and follow-through skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and applications
- Ability to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency
