Overview

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and a strong customer service background. As a PBX Operator and Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering switchboard calls, directing visitors to the appropriate departments, and monitoring hospital alarms.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer switchboard calls and direct visitors to the appropriate departments
  • Monitor hospital alarms and respond accordingly
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth hospital operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous PBX experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
