Job Overview

At T-Mobile, we're seeking ambitious sales professionals to join our team. As an Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers and offer them our unparalleled product and service line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data, and enhanced services, handsets, and accessories.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Required)
  • Task Management, Customer Service, Communication, Negotiation, and Proposal Writing skills (Required)
