Encompass Technologies is revolutionizing the beverage industry with innovative technology solutions. We're seeking a high-performing Commercial Sales Executive to join our growing sales team and drive new business acquisition within the beverage alcohol industry.

Your Impact at Encompass

We're looking for an individual with a proven track record of securing new customer wins and managing complex sales cycles at the commercial level. As a Commercial Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with commercial-level beverage alcohol producers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target high-value accounts in the wine, spirits, and beer sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and activity reports.
What You'll Bring to Encompass

We're looking for a sales professional with:

  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in commercial-level accounts.
  • Experience with long, complex sales cycles and managing multiple stakeholders within large organizations.
  • Knowledge of the beverage alcohol industry, with a strong network in the wine, spirits, or beer sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
What We Offer

Competitive salary + commission + benefits. This role will receive a competitive salary + commission + benefits. The total compensation for US-based employees located in the below markets may expect offers in the ranges for this role.

US annual base compensation: $60,000 to $125,000 annually + Sales Commission Plan. This range encompasses varying levels of talent. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation, including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above based on these considerations.

Location: We are a hybrid organization and are open to remote work. Our corporate office is located in Fort Collins, CO.

Travel: This position will require overnight travel to customer sites and to corporate offices. Additional travel could include attendance of conferences and trade shows.
