Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years in Human Resource Management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of employee regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with seasonal workforce management and knowledge of J1 and H2B visa programs.

Role Overview:

As the Human Resources Executive, you will:

  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with legal standards and organizational goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing and negotiating offers.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Manage performance review processes, including goal setting and employee development.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support.
  • Deliver training initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Address employee relations matters, focusing on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and best practices.
  • Utilize HRIS systems effectively to manage employee information.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $160,000.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance with 80% company coverage from day one.
  • 401K plan with employer matching after one year of service.
  • Generous paid time off including 11 days of PTO and 10 vacation days.
  • Relocation assistance considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Interim housing options may be available.
