About the Role

Cambio Property Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager + Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management and sales of our manufactured housing communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including customer service, resident relations, vendor relations, rent collections, and community staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy through home sales, leasing, and site leasing.
  • Analyze and prepare monthly, annual, and long-term budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage all third-party vendors and maintain the physical appearance and infrastructure of the community in accordance with company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, HOAs, and other stakeholders.
  • Accurately report occupancy, sales, and other key performance metrics.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and team members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Five + years of property management experience, with a focus on sales and leasing.
  • Proven track record of creating and analyzing budgets, P&Ls, and financial reports.
  • Strong management and operational skills, including customer service, public relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills, with proficiency in MS Office and software applications such as Yardi and Rent Manager.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation and a personal mobile phone.

  • Directly supervise a team of office coordinators and maintenance technicians.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
