The Salon Director in Training plays a pivotal role in driving store performance, fostering exceptional client service, and maintaining operational excellence to meet or exceed established productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations Management: Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead by example in all company operations, creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations. Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve their daily performance.
- Client Service and Sales: Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment, generating sales reports, and assisting with other Salon Director functions. Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while controlling labor costs.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to work nights & weekends, and manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously.
- Management and Sales Experience: Proven track record in management and sales, with a strong understanding of client service techniques and operational practices.
- Beauty Industry and Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in the beauty industry and/or customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Leadership and Team Building Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor, and a proven track record in team building and development.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment, lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, and perform salon cleaning functions.
$15.00 per hour
