Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Director to oversee the operations of our retail stores in a specific geographic region. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and direct District Managers to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Develop and implement operating and administration policies and procedures to drive sales growth and profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, profit, and expense management.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure that all stores within the region meet company standards for cleanliness, customer service, and merchandising.
    • Implement and maintain effective inventory management and control systems.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize gasoline and merchandise sales.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, train, and develop District Managers and other store personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to improve performance.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets for the region, including capital expenditures and operating expenses.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, profit, and expense management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
