The Sales Distribution and Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the team that handles allocation, sales and scheduling for all of the regions within the market area. The position also oversees marketing and variable incentives for the regions within the West Market area.

What you'll do...


•Develops incentive strategy, including obtaining consensus between regions, and manages launch communications to maximize effectiveness.


• Supports quarterly marketing strategy meetings and oversees the retail, RCL, Spin, FCTP and M-o-M incentive grids.


• Coordinates with GTB, FDAAs and Regional Managers to develop most effective FDAA incentive ad messages to drive traffic/sales.


•Manages the team that conducts wholesale, handles tracking and tracing of vehicles, scheduling and order bank management.


• Tracks key competitive manufactures sales and incentive plans and advises management of our competitiveness.


• Manages Dealer Challenge funds to maximize sales.


•Oversees Office Operations for Market Area.


• Support employee development and work to create a culture Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to achieve business imperatives.
