JOB SUMMARY

The Creative Lead is accountable for the ideation and implementation of innovative concepts from inception to final design. This role ensures alignment with the client's marketing strategies and objectives while adhering to project timelines. Collaborate with the Art Supervisor on intricate projects and partner with Copywriters to craft compelling concepts. Foster active listening skills and work closely with the brand team to achieve cohesive outcomes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Creation and Execution:
  • Develop insightful, focused ideas that align with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with creative partners to enhance project outcomes.
  • Maintain consistent layout and conceptual integrity throughout all campaign phases.

Strategic Insight:
  • Comprehend the creative brief and its significance in project development.
  • Understand marketing objectives and strategies, and how success metrics are defined.
  • Integrate client feedback into ongoing initiatives.
  • Generate innovative concepts that resonate with the client's marketing strategy.

Relationship Management:
  • Develop diverse creative executions for each project, ensuring synergy with copy teams.
  • Engage with colleagues and external partners, including illustrators, photographers, and production teams, to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Maintain open communication with team members regarding project timelines and revisions.

Business Acumen:
  • Possess a solid understanding of product challenges within the market landscape.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while liaising with clients.
  • Oversee the creation of concept roughs for client presentations.
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure timely project completion.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of internship experience in Marketing or Advertising.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating attentiveness and clarity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities.

SALARY
$70,000 to $90,000 annually. The salary range for this position is reflective of various factors including market considerations and individual qualifications.
