The Creative Lead (Copywriting) is expected to exhibit exceptional conceptual abilities and the capacity to generate innovative, impactful ideas across various channels. A profound understanding of copywriting, visual direction, and design is essential, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards for the overall quality of creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Art Director to craft creative concepts.
  • Take ownership of the creative output for designated brands.
  • Oversee the creative development process for projects.
  • Implement strategic direction and provide expertise in art direction and copywriting.
  • Lead creative teams as necessary.
  • Ensure the quality and execution of all creative work.
  • Engage in client presentations and foster client relationships.
  • Deliver creative solutions that span multiple platforms.
  • Work with the Creative Resource Team to allocate resources as needed.
  • May personally contribute to creative projects, whether within the team or on significant departmental initiatives and new business pursuits.
  • Represent the agency's interests in interactions with clients, staff, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts by reviewing portfolios and interviewing candidates as needed.

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in an agency environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven management capabilities and leadership potential.
  • Proficient in MAC software and Adobe Creative Suite.
