**Key Responsibilities**

As a Creative Director, Art, you will be responsible for:

  • Inspiring and motivating our internal design and creative teams to think differently and constantly elevate their work
  • Developing concepts that connect with culture and drive results for our clients
  • Leading and championing big ideas that drive business growth and success
  • Executing creative and brand vision for our clients and the Day One brand
  • Shaping and developing cohesive narratives that maximize the quality of our output
  • Ideating and developing breakthrough concepts that set an example for the team
  • Bringing a solution-oriented approach to every challenge
  • Communicating effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Reviewing and refining briefs, project plans, and staffing across projects
  • Acting as a true team player and taking on any creative task, big or small

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in art direction/design
  • Experience successfully leading creative projects from ideation through to execution
  • Comfort working cross-discipline and collaborating with diverse teams
  • Driven by the creative landscape of social media and able to develop concepts that resonate with our target audience
  • Visually led skill set, with the ability to oversee ideation and presentations
  • Experience project managing deliverables and organizing resources
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a style that inspires and motivates others
  • Bachelor's degree

**Compensation**

The base compensation range for this role is $160K-$200K, and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City-based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
