Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a Lead Creative Strategist who embodies our commitment to growth, innovation, and creativity. This role requires a skilled, multidisciplinary creative professional capable of conceptualizing, designing, and crafting compelling digital narratives for our clients. With extensive experience in digital content creation and a robust portfolio showcasing your work, you understand how to elevate brands through captivating and engaging content. Key Responsibilities:

  • Intent-Driven Content Development: Create content with purpose. From ideation to execution, you will be responsible for translating clients' visual identities, voices, and values into innovative content that drives engagement and exceeds performance metrics.
  • Creative Ideation and Development: Engage in brainstorming sessions, conceptualize, plan, produce, edit, and write copy for various content pieces within a streamlined structure to bring creative ideas to fruition.
  • Trend Monitoring and Implementation: Stay attuned to the digital landscape. Identify emerging social trends and ensure our content remains relevant and innovative. When new trends arise, you will be ready to adapt them to fit our unique brand narratives.
  • Meticulous Post-Production: Oversee a thorough post-production process for each content piece, ensuring quality through video edits, image selection, retouching, and quality assurance.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines while embracing an iterative approach that values feedback and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in creating and producing both paid and organic social content, with a portfolio that reflects your expertise.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and Capcut. Familiarity with photo and video camera operations, audio recording, and lighting techniques is essential.
  • Studio Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and executing in-studio shoots, ensuring optimal setup and lighting to capture the essence of our clients.
  • Social Media Acumen: A comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape, including emerging trends and the factors influencing them.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in both team-oriented and independent settings, demonstrating flexibility in approach.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Embrace dynamic environments as opportunities for growth, showcasing initiative and a drive to overcome challenges.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Budget Management: Experience in forecasting, managing, and reconciling production budgets for shoots is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Generative AI Knowledge: Familiarity with tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and ChatGPT is a plus.
  • Photo Retouching: Experience in photo retouching is advantageous.
  • Styling and Design: Skills in wardrobe selection, set design, and prop styling are beneficial.
  • Food & Beverage Content Creation: Experience in generating content for food and beverage brands, particularly in the alcohol and spirits sector, is a plus.
  • Fashion/Retail Content Experience: Background in creating content for retail and fashion brands is highly regarded.

  • Level 1 - $62,400-$89,520 (Entry Level)
  • Level 2 - $89,520-$116,640 (Junior Level)
  • Level 3 - $116,640-$143,760 (Middle Level)
  • Level 4 - $143,760-$170,880 (Advanced Level)
  • Level 5 - $170,880-$198,000 (Senior Level)
