As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be essential in our dynamic environment, fostering connections with our diverse clientele and ensuring smooth transactions alongside outstanding in-store experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and nurture relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
2. Accurately review, validate, and process customer transactions, including check cashing, money transfers, and payments.
3. Enhance customer success by providing tailored financial services that align with their needs.
4. Support customer account management and collections by processing payments and managing appointments.
5. Ensure the store's internal and external appearance meets cleanliness standards to improve customer satisfaction.
6. Adhere to security protocols and execute proper opening and closing procedures, including managing the vault and cash drawer.
7. Comply with company policies and all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
8. Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about our evolving products and processes.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks to meet both individual and team performance standards.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends. This position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry are essential.
Proficiency in using telecommunication devices, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications is required.
Physical demands for this role include: standing for extended periods, moving and transporting items up to 25 pounds, navigating both inside and outside the store, and operating mechanical controls like a keyboard.
Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing is advantageous.Previous cash handling and vault management experience is preferred.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus and may be necessary for certain locations.
