PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Crafting and delivering a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of workspaces, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensuring service and seating areas are tidy and welcoming.
  • Providing detailed descriptions of menu offerings and recommending items to patrons.
  • Engaging with customers and accurately processing their orders.
  • Managing inventory by ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies.
  • Handling customer transactions and processing payments efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
