About the Team: In this position, you will integrate product, technology, and business strategies to implement our objectives utilizing Generative AI. You will drive significant and measurable results by establishing and guiding goals, roadmaps, cross-organizational collaboration, progress tracking, and technical specifications for our Generative AI platforms. This role demands a robust technical foundation, solid architectural skills, and effective communication abilities.

- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills; adept at working across various functions, organizations, and reporting structures to accomplish objectives.
- Highly developed emotional intelligence, attentive listening skills, and a deep sense of empathy for teams and partners.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience overseeing technical projects in AI and/or Machine Learning.
- Experience collaborating across a wide range of groups (enterprise-level initiatives).
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
- 3+ years of experience in developing distributed systems and highly available services utilizing cloud computing services/architecture, preferably with AWS.
- 3+ years of experience creating highly scalable mobile products and platforms.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience managing large and complex programs, where you define the business or technical vision, collaborate with extensive cross-functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables, and facilitate teams to achieve business impact.
- Experience in developing systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering).
