This role requires the management of multiple stakeholders and coordination with teams located across various time zones.

This position offers flexibility in location, with options for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend technical requirements for assigned engineering programs
- Effectively balance risks while achieving business objectives
- Gather clear requirements, plans, and decisions to proactively address critical gaps and mitigate risks
- Facilitate the creation and implementation of scalable processes to meet product and engineering team objectives
- Establish regular feedback mechanisms and ensure alignment from contributors on program plans and roadmaps
- Provide consistent status updates to stakeholders and senior management
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with network architecture and collaboration with infrastructure teams is advantageous
- Over 10 years of experience in technical program management with a focus on continuous improvement
- Demonstrated success in creating realistic project plans, managing dependencies, and overseeing execution to meet commitments with reliability
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including executive levels
- Experience working across multiple time zones and with various cross-functional teams
- Strong proficiency in Confluence, JIRA (admin-level experience preferred), and various development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kaizen, Scrum, etc.)
- A servant leader who has successfully gained respect from peers through empathy, support, and motivation
- Comfortable managing tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.
Compensation
Compensation may vary based on work location.
- For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $147,000 - $179,000
- For New York City, Washington, and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $161,000 - $197,000
- For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $168,000 - $206,000
