Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activities of the software systems engineering team from initial research through to deployment.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management within complex systems that blend hardware and software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in guiding R&D software prototypes to reliable production capabilities in both embedded and cloud environments.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and their application in project management.
  • A degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing embedded firmware projects.
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
  • Familiarity with battery systems and new product introductions involving hardware.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools, particularly Asana.
  • Knowledge of requirements tracking techniques.
