Role Overview


We are in search of a proactive and impactful Lead Technical Program Manager to spearhead Cloud Engineering and Data Privacy initiatives within the Product & Technology Program Management team.

The Lead Technical Program Manager will oversee various Cloud Engineering projects, emphasizing Data Privacy, GDPR compliance, and Trust, in close collaboration with teams across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and other Program Managers.


To excel in this position, you will need to exhibit exceptional organizational capabilities in managing comprehensive cloud engineering programs, demonstrate the ability to influence without direct authority, navigate ambiguity, operate at multiple levels, and quickly grasp technical intricacies.

Your strong attention to detail, commitment to outcomes, and ability to simplify complex challenges in a technical landscape will be essential. You should be someone who follows through on commitments and thrives in a dynamic, agile, and collaborative environment, bringing structure to disorder.
This role functions as an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Program Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sensitive data privacy processes and workflows, driving future outcomes that minimize manual intervention and enhance both internal and external customer experiences.
  • Facilitate connections and collaboration between internal teams and customer-facing groups to address issues and improve existing processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of complex data flows and interconnected systems, quickly becoming a trusted advisor and expert in the field.
  • Lead alignment and execution of high-stakes cross-functional initiatives and programs.
  • Oversee comprehensive program execution across teams, including risk management, communication, conflict resolution, and dependency management.
  • Work with relevant partners to proactively identify, communicate, manage, and mitigate program risks.
  • Organize and lead regular stakeholder meetings, tracking actions and providing timely updates on program status, schedules, risks, and blockers.
  • Drive process enhancements and utilize metrics to boost transparency, team performance, and efficiency in key cross-organizational programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value promptly while ensuring high quality and transparency.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional global programs.
  • Proven ability to develop clear program strategies and high-level plans.
  • Experience in building strong relationships and partnerships across teams.
  • Ability to synthesize data from various sources and present it in an easily digestible format for management and execution teams.
  • Experience in curating program metrics and creating dashboards for overall project health and progress.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong business acumen and technical expertise, particularly with Azure, enabling effective communication of technical concepts across diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage ambiguity, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Azure-related certification or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in driving data privacy programs and processes is advantageous.
  • Experience in leading cloud engineering initiatives in an enterprise SaaS context.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong negotiation skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and develop strong cross-team relationships in a matrixed setting.
