We are in search of a proactive and influential Senior Program Manager to spearhead significant initiatives that deliver tangible business outcomes as part of our Product and Technology Program Management team.

The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing DocuSign's CLM evolution within our Development organization.


To thrive in this position, you should excel in influencing without direct authority, navigating uncertainty, and possess the capability to operate across various organizational levels while quickly grasping technical intricacies.

Your strong attention to detail, customer-centric approach, and ability to simplify complex challenges in a technical landscape will be essential. You must demonstrate reliability and be adept at creating order from chaos in a dynamic, agile, and collaborative environment.
This role functions as an individual contributor and reports to the Director of Program Management.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive alignment and execution of high-impact cross-functional initiatives and programs
• Oversee comprehensive program execution across teams, including risk management, communication, conflict resolution, and dependency oversight
• Collaborate with relevant partners to proactively identify, communicate, manage, and mitigate program risks
• Organize and lead regular stakeholder or leadership meetings, tracking actions and providing timely updates on program status, schedules, risks, and obstacles
• Implement process enhancements and utilize metrics to boost transparency, overall team performance, and efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business value promptly while ensuring high quality and transparency

Basic Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional global programs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing clear program strategies and high-level plans
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and partnerships across teams
• Experience in curating program metrics and creating dashboards or scorecards for project health and progress
• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Strong business insight and technical expertise with the ability to quickly understand and convey technical and product concepts to diverse audiences
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage ambiguity, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to synthesize data from various sources and present it in a clear, concise manner to upper management and execution teams
• Experience in CLM
• Background in driving cloud migration initiatives
• Innovative problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering effective solutions
• Strong negotiation skills with cross-functional teams (influencer)
• Proficient in managing ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment
• Capability to foster strong relationships and partnerships in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
