Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Lead Technical Program Manager to spearhead significant initiatives that drive business success within our Product and Technology Program Management team. This role will focus on advancing our contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes across the organization.

To thrive in this position, you should be adept at influencing stakeholders without direct authority, navigating uncertainty, and quickly grasping technical concepts. You will be known for your meticulous attention to detail, customer-centric approach, and ability to devise straightforward solutions to intricate challenges in a technical landscape. Comfort in a dynamic, agile, and collaborative environment is essential, as is the ability to impose structure on chaotic situations.

This position functions as an individual contributor and reports to the Director of Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate alignment and execution of critical cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Manage comprehensive program execution across various teams, including risk assessment, communication, conflict resolution, and dependency oversight.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate program risks.
  • Organize and lead regular stakeholder meetings, tracking actions and providing timely updates on program status, schedules, risks, and obstacles.
  • Implement process enhancements and utilize metrics to boost transparency, team performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver business value promptly while ensuring high quality and transparency.
Qualifications
Essential
  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional global programs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing clear program strategies and high-level project plans.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and partnerships across teams.
  • Experience in curating program metrics and creating dashboards for project health and progress tracking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid business acumen and technical expertise, with the capability to quickly understand and articulate technical and product concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in synthesizing data from various sources and presenting it in an easily digestible format for management and execution teams.
  • Experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM) and cloud migration programs.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and a strong ability to deliver effective solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Capability to foster strong relationships in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
Work Environment

This role is classified as hybrid, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work.
