Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at YE California. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts, identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing ones.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs, preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service and negotiating contracts to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Proven Sales and Customer Service experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs.
  • Negotiation Abilities: Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
