Job Overview
Raise your career to new heights with Red Bull as a Sales Growth Specialist. This exciting role will challenge you to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth in key accounts across our retail channels. As part of our dynamic sales team, you'll work closely with key account managers, distribution partners, and category insights teams to build sales plans, optimize in-store execution, and advance Red Bull's key performance indicators (KPIs) for the channel.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience in sales, retail, or distribution, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. You'll be responsible for conducting analyses, identifying opportunities, and developing compelling conceptual sell stories to advance Red Bull's leading position in the energy category. Additionally, you'll assist the local account sales manager (ASM) in assessing in-store conditions, completing account audits, and ensuring compliance to agreed-upon programming and contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in key accounts
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build sales plans and optimize in-store execution
  • Conduct analyses and identify opportunities to advance Red Bull's KPIs
  • Assist the ASM in assessing in-store conditions and ensuring compliance to agreements
  • Provide direction on account-specific upcoming programming, insights, and opportunities

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing)
  • Relevant work experience in sales, retail, or distribution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
