About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Director to lead our sales efforts in the Washington DC Metro/Western Maryland/Virginia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with wirehouses, financial advisors, and broker-dealers to drive asset growth and firm profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your deep relationships to enhance strategic relationships through a consultative sales model.
  • Sell mutual funds and separately managed accounts to financial advisors.
  • Consult and advise financial advisors on value-added strategies to increase growth of their practice.
  • Expand and deepen relationships to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM databases with accurate and up-to-date activity, sales pipeline, and advisor information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Extensive wholesaling experience and proven track record of growing the territory of DC/MD/VA region.
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 7, 63, and 65) licenses required, along with a clean U-4 and compliance record.
  • CIMA, CFP, CFA or other industry designations highly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of and extensive existing relationships within the wirehouses of DC/MD/VA.
