Senior Client Development Manager

Fandom is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our client partnerships and drive revenue growth. As a Senior Client Development Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of key large customer accounts, taking ownership of quarterly and annual revenue targets, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and developing performance metrics for continuous growth.
You will utilize diverse data sources to shape client strategies and proposals, tracking, analyzing, and sharing key metrics and trends with internal and external partners. Your expertise in sales and client relationships will enable you to deliver strategic and consultative guidance to clients, enhancing and nurturing the relationship.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and strategically managing a portfolio of key large customer accounts
- Utilizing diverse data sources to shape client strategies and proposals
- Delivering strategic and consultative guidance to clients
- Driving business expansion by mapping client organizations and forging new relationships
- Orchestrating and facilitating client meetings
- Serving as the primary client contact for effective communication
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to boost revenue from new and existing clients
- Influencing product development by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in sales within online media sales, with a strong track record in growing key accounts
- Consistently surpassing sales targets and revenue goals
- Demonstrated success in managing client and agency relationships at the C-level
- Capable of effectively conveying partner value to diverse audiences
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the gaming industry and digital media ad sales
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Deeply connected with the industry's top marketing masterminds
