Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Prospecting and Lead Capture: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic marketing, research, and relationship-building.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified business opportunities to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Competitive and Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of the competition and identify new market trends and opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Request for Proposal (RFP) Procurement and Oversight: Procure and manage RFPs, and participate in the RFP process and pitches.
- Corporate Marketing: Support our corporate marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive lead generation.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a related industry.
- Experience tracking sales progress through a CRM system.
- Strong background in service-based sales or marketing.
- Goal-oriented and highly self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to write effectively, persuasively, and professionally.
- Confidence in verbal communication.
- Aptitude to lead and project manage new initiatives.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment with an ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work extended hours and on weekends when necessary.
