Position Overview:

As a Senior Client Success Manager at Sprinklr, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital experiences of our largest enterprise clients, guiding them to meet their business goals through effective utilization of the Sprinklr platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer retention and satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and promoting the adoption of Sprinklr's solutions.
  • Act as the primary advocate for clients, ensuring their needs are communicated across various internal teams, including services, support, and product management.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) within our customer success platform to maintain exceptional service delivery.
  • Forecast potential risks related to product adoption and collaborate with Sales Account Executives to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Utilize your expertise in the Sprinklr platform and industry standards to develop and present tailored strategic solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for customer testimonials and case studies to showcase success stories.
  • Contribute significantly to team success while also enhancing collaboration among colleagues.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5-10 years of experience in SaaS customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
  • A foundational understanding of marketing and advertising technologies.
  • Experience in delivering formal executive business reviews (EBRs) to senior executives, focusing on project milestones and customer health.
  • Proven track record in managing customer renewal processes and negotiating renewals to achieve net dollar expansion.
  • Familiarity with customer success software (e.g., Gainsight), CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), and Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $133,000 - $166,000, with the final offer depending on various individualized factors, including experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible paid time off, health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
