Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle computer and telephone inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to assist in communication.
  • Exhibit strong verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in a medical office or healthcare facility is advantageous.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; prior experience is not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and coding is preferred.
  • Typing proficiency of 30+ words per minute is necessary.
  • Basic computer skills are essential.
